Trapezitsa Street

Our team was tasked with the renovation of this spacious apartment, situated in the center of Sofia. The goal was to convert it into a comfortable short-term rental on Airbnb. Our approach was to take advantage of the innate qualities of this mid-thirties building - refurbish the original wooden floors and terrazzo and add a modern touch with the furniture - a bold color for the kitchen, natural tones and materials for the bedrooms and graphic tiles for the bathrooms. The project was realized in collaboration with the owner, an artist herself - Vania Suleva.
