This holiday home is situated on the south slope of Stara Planina. When we received the assignment we discovered that the house’s structure had been sitting abandoned and unfinished for more than thirty years. Our task was to bring it back to life by starting with reassessing its main functions and rearranging them in a more convenient and contemporary way. We have also aimed to take advantage of the nevertheless existing qualities such as the bearing walls of the ground floor made out of local sandstone.
