​The single-family residential complex is favored by its direct proximity to Pirin National Park. The strong slope of the terrain is a prerequisite for a variety of volumetric solutions and the possibility of adapting to the specific mountain views. We have chosen to divide the houses into two volumes - upper and lower, thus making a symbolic reference to the many traditional farm buildings in the region, which we find very charming and authentic. This approach gives us great flexibility in managing the steep terrain, while serving as a volumetric-spatial code that creates a sense of unity for the complex.
