This is a sketch project developed together with arch. Todor Obreshkov and Zoomstudio for a complex of a winery, a multifunctional event hall, a hotel with a restaurant, a gym, a spa area, a swimming pool and single-family houses. The great asset and challenge here is the terrain and landscape.  It is precisely the surrounding rock formations that are the inspiration for the architectural design of the complex - simple, massive, varied blocks of rammed earth punctuating the steep hillside, with spaces between them filled with people.
